Our growing Operations team is in search of a progressive Inventory Manager who will ensure OUAI’s system-wide and location-specific inventory is optimized for availability and integrity.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of inventory management best practices preferably in consumer packaged goods (“CPG”) manufacturing and/or distribution. In addition, the ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing daily transactional activities and reconciling inventory variances across multiple warehouse and manufacturing sites, preferably Third Party Logistics (“3PL”) providers and contract manufacturers.
Clear and concise communication skills are required, along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business needs and requires little to no supervision.
This position will report to the Director of Demand Planning & Fulfillment.
Essential Areas of Responsibilities:
6. Assist Order Management/Fulfillment team with EDI processing
7. Provide monthly and ad-hoc inventory reports
8. Assist Director with other inventory related special projects and initiatives
9. Provide added support to fulfillment team as needed
