Position Summary

Reporting to the Art Director and working closely with the Digital and Brand Marketing teams, this position is responsible for creating engaging assets for all facets of our Digital ecosystem including email, site design, performance marketing, etc. that strengthen our brand vision & identity and drive our larger digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create all assets for OUAI’s digital platforms including site, email, performance marketing, SMS and more
  • Develop multiple versions of creative for testing across different digital audiences
  • Maintain the visuals on our website, ensuring it’s always visually compelling
  • Design all brand pages for our Amazon store and products
  • Design custom web assets when needed for US & international digital retail partners
  • Create best-in-class digital ad campaigns, with multiple formats and varieties of creative
  • Present designs to the Art director, Digital and Brand Marketing teams to ensure digital marketing objectives are being met and brand identity is being upheld
  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current workload
  • Work closely with the Creative Project Manager and Art Director to meet deadlines
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field : 4+ years experience
  • Mac proficient
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Word and PowerPoint
  • Creative and can think outside the box
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Awareness of UX / UI when designing
  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Email client experience i.e. Klaviyo, Emarsys, etc.
  • Understanding how RGB and CMYK colors work for Web and Print
  • Photo retouching skills a plus
  • Animation skills a plus
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responds well to feedback
  • Can proactively problem solve, generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed
  • A passion and understanding of the OUAI brand and its mission
  • Works well in fast-paced environments, organized and detail oriented
