POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Creative Project Manager, you will support the growing team by implementing creative processes that will streamline work across all cross-functional departments. Reporting into the Art Director, you’ll create efficiencies, systems, timelines and best practices that maximize the output of the Creative team and create best-in-class work for all other departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Create workflow and process between the Creative team and other departments to reach maximum efficiency and best-in-class assets for the brand
  • Alleviate coordination and communication-based tasks for the Creative team, so they can focus on content creation and design
  • Implement and own a standardized content & creative briefing system across the company
  • Integrate into entire creative process from content briefing to production to final asset delivery to manage each project and streamline along the way
  • Establish creative review and feedback process for marketing team and creative team to review assets prior to deployment
  • Create project schedules for all assets from briefs to final asset delivery and communicate any changes or delays as they arise
  • Manage calendars and workback schedules, juggling milestones for many stakeholders and departments at once
  • Manage expectations and deadlines on behalf of stakeholders while advocating for creative team needs
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assets, and troubleshooting of solutions when delays or backlogs arise
  • Own uploading, cataloguing and distributing assets companywide
  • Track and monitor model usage terms and expiry dates
  • Organize creative assets for easy access and distribution

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in similar role
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing efficiencies within creative or marketing departments
  • Attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture
  • Basic understanding of advertising campaign verticals and how integrated marketing campaigns are executed
  • Experience working across print, digital, photography and video assets
  • Experience with social media assets and visual merchandising projects
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Diplomatic with strong people management skills
  • Able to give and receive feedback effectively
  • A strong working knowledge of the creative process from production all the way to post-production
  • Knowledge of project management tools - Asana, Milanote, Wrike, Basecamp, Monday, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
